The Barataria-Terrebonne Estuary Foundation

The Barataria-Terrebonne Estuary Foundation was incorporated in 1995 as a non-profit environmental organization with a mission to involve a representation of a broad base of people to support the Barataria-Terrebonne National Estuary Program (BTNEP). This includes supporting the mission of stewardship of the cultural, economic and ecological resources of the Barataria and Terrebonne Basins.
